Last week the Great Reset group gathered in Davos Switzerland to continue contriving the destruction of capitalism using global warming as the vehicle. These so-called elites arrived using an alleged 1200 private jets. If they actually believed that carbon dioxide (CO2) is pushing the planet ultimately to an apocalypse, they would do these meetings by Zoom . But instead, they choose to create large amounts of jet engine exhausts of CO2 into the atmosphere. No, they believe that they should govern the planet. To do that they need to spark fear that global warming will bring on extinction. And only these elite can save you by turning governance over to them.
“Beware of the individual who refers to his ilk as “we select group of human beings.” It’s the unmistakable mark of the elite who believe their concern for climate can save the world. Mindful that those who guaranteed the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines now associated with disturbing health anomalies derive from the same exclusive class, Americans should regard the purveyors of climate change remedies with studied caution.
The most self-assured of this sort have a habit of showing up for the World Economic Forum’s annual gathering, which recently concluded in Davos, Switzerland. With his “select group” puffery, President Biden’s special envoy for climate, John Kerry, gathered his fellow discussion panelists and audience into a league of their own.
It is all a part of forum founder Klaus Schwab’s plan to “master the future” through climate change activism. Eager to oblige, Mr. Kerry urged all within earshot to rebuff any self-image of “a crazy tree-hugging lefty liberal” and embrace their identity of the “almost extraterrestrial” breed who are “saving the planet.” He made the case that the key to staying cool is “money, money, money, money, money, money, money”: The denizens of Davos want $3 trillion annually to finance greenhouse gas reductions.
By contrast, climate guru and former Vice President Al Gore showed little hesitation in personifying the crazy tree-hugger. Referring to human-caused atmospheric emissions, the Davos forum regular claimed, “That’s what is boiling the oceans, creating these atmospheric rivers and the rain bombs and sucking the moisture out of the land, creating the droughts and raising the sea level and causing these waves of climate refugees predicted to reach one billion in this century.”
All this “settled science” from a self-appointed climate expert who, according to The Washington Post, could not quite manage a gentleman’s C in his Harvard science classes.”
I think that this man-made catastrophe theory will only be abandoned when the cost to fund this program becomes too high for the average citizen and/or explicit examples of failures become so common that people will no longer put up with it. A major failure would be a long stretch of global cooling. High priced electricity and frequent black outs will be a trigger too. And ultimately when it becomes known that renewables are useless without backup nuclear and/or fossil fuels.
When politicians are faced with being voted out, we will be able to drop this crap.
Real science will then out the charlatan’s “settled science” and they will be defamed.
The average citizen may become distrustful of any scientist, unfortunately because of this.
Klaus Schwab, the World Economic Forum founder is the godfather and leader of the Great Reset. The Great Reset has determined that capitalism has to be junked for a new world order where business and state control the world. The Great Reset has advocated adopting Climate Change as a cover for some of their activities and have supported the COVID shutdowns as models for their ascension to power.
Schwab recently said China should be a role model for other nations.

Once upon a time, the Soviets had a tightly controlled network of internationalists known as the COMINTERN to promote their communist model to Europe and beyond.
As it stands now, the Red Chinese have gone them one better: They’ve got Klaus Schwab.
World Economic Forum founder and Chair Klaus Schwab recently sat down for an interview with a Chinese state media outlet and proclaimed that China was a “role model” for other nations.
Schwab, 84, made these comments during an interview with CGTN’s Tian Wei on the sidelines of last week’s APEC CEO Summit in Bangkok, Thailand.
Schwab said he respected China’s “tremendous” achievements at modernizing its economy over the last 40 years.
“I think it’s a role model for many countries,” Schwab said, before qualifying that he thinks each country should make its own decisions about what system it wants to adapt.
“I think we should be very careful in imposing systems. But the Chinese model is certainly a very attractive model for quite a number of countries,” Schwab said.
A role model? A country of zero freedom, low social mobility, social credit scores, and constant government surveillance? Who the heck, even among the revolutionary wokester crowd, is openly calling for a Chinese model for their own countries?
China in fact is a giant prison, complete with slave labor, sweatshops, low wages, continuous lockdowns and actual laogai, or Gulags. Challenge the government in any way and you’ll be packed off to one for years upon years in no time. In the case of the Uighurs, just being the wrong nationality is enough for such punishment.
Far from being an attractive role model, China is a country people flee from. In 2019, by China’s own statistics, 11 million have gotten the heck out and moved to other countries just to get away from it, with about a third coming to the U.S. China has the third-highest global emigration rate after India and Mexico, and we all know what’s next to Mexico on its north side is what’s bringing them. It’s largely the same with China.
Schwab, who’s a canny operator, knew that his China-love would go down well with the Chinese state journalist-propagandists, but wouldn’t sound too good to anyone else hearing the statement, so he qualified it with claims that every nation should get to choose its path of governance. That rings hollow, given that the system he’s advocating for the West explicitly requires a party elite to do all the choosing for the people they rule over with an iron fist. As for China itself, well, did the Chinese get to choose the horrid system they lives under? Nope, in 1948, Mao Zedong, aided by, surprise, the COMINTERN, shot his way into power and imposed the brutal regime onto China by force, where it has been in power ever since.
Seems the old COMINTERN always gets the last laugh. Because who would have imagined that by 2023, that the chief of the World Economic Forum, son of a man with at least some Nazi ties, is out shilling the China model as Mr. Respectability, using the prestige of his international organization as credibility to influence Big Corporate and various activists and NGOs who have completely succumbed to the views of the left.
This organization should be dismissed as the shill of a filthy dictatorship but somehow, with all those nice mountains and good food and good private jet airports out there in Switzerland, where most of the WEF’s exclusive and pricey billionaire-filled meetings are held in all that aroma of money, it’s not.
Schwab’s organization has infiltrated industry, sometimes with actual monetary interests, influenced many others to adapt “stakeholder capitalism” which is Schwabs pet project, and influenced others to adapt to something called the global “reset.” Naturally, they are all in for the government control brought on by the “threat” of global warming, which is completely bogus. Any questions as to why corporations have gotten so woke? Seems it’s all about those fancy banquets and talkfests out there in Davos, Switzerland. Right now, Schwab is muscling the Swiss government for fancier accommodations, while paying no taxes to them, with the threat of taking his show to Singapore if they don’t. (See the ‘Criticism‘ section of his Wikipedia page at the bottom). Sound like a guy who intends to just talk and try to persuade about the virtues of China?
As for Schwab’s Nazi ties, they likely aren’t as strong as some claim on the Internet, but they are bad enough: Based on what Wikipedia says, Schwab’s Swiss dad ran a company in Nazi Germany that used slave and forced labor, which pretty well tells what side he was on. Even if such a company had not, the Nazis would hardly have had him in charge of any company if they didn’t trust him completely as fascism is all about state rule of corporations. On his Wikipedia page, it is said that Schwab’s mother was surveilled and questioned by the Gestapo because of her Swiss accent. That the Nazis didn’t do that to the dad, who was running a Nazi-ruled company, kind of tells us the Gestapo didn’t consider him a problem.
Seems the old Nazi values of corporatism and “reset” may have rubbed off on Klaus, who’s 83, if such an argument can be made. People can’t control who their parents were, but if old dad was indeed was pals with the Nazis, maybe it would be imperative to not adopt any of those particular ideas, let alone advocate for them.
But sure enough, Schwab is now advocating for corporate and state control of all the free nations of the West, which hold little distinction from what the Nazis and its communist allies (read: COMINTERN) have sought for decades for the West. The urge to kill freedom lives large in this bunch.
Now they aren’t even trying to hide it — they are out openly praising the communist China model and advocating for its imposition, qualified by choice (as if with rigged elections, choice were relevant) as if nothing was wrong with it. The mask on these people, indeed, is off.
From Politico’s bog: “New U.S. message on climate change: Make China pay.” Is our President out of his mind— wait, wait, I guess that is already answered. He says the US will pay reparations if China does.
First of all, why would he think the US taxpayer should pay reparations. Why not ask the underdeveloped nations to pay reparations for our medical discoveries, our thousands of inventions that have made their life easier, our pitching in to save starving people that routinely occur in Africa, etc.
Moreover, reparations are hard to get right. China and India, combined, are emitting more CO2 than the rest of the world. Every nation in the world has been using some level of fossil fuel. Would we get to reduce our reparations payments for that?
Secondly, China will not do reparations. And thank God for that because if they did, Biden then would have us hoisted by his own petard.
And the third reason is that there is no crisis. It is an invention by the alarmists and the Great Reset group. Is the world warming? Yes, because the UAH satellite global temperature measurements tell me that.
For at least the last million years, the globe cycles, roughly, every 100,000 years between cold and warm. Does that without any SUVs on the road, by the way.
But I do not believe the alarmist’s computer forecasts of future temperatures. Those forecasts have always exceeded the actual global temperatures. The alarmists recognize this. That is why they changed the narrative from “global warming” to “climate change”. But still, they use those faulty forecasts.
And how do they know that we are really, really going to be sorry if, since the year 1890 until now the global temperature will have increased more than 1.5C. Their ability to make accurate predictions has been non-existent. Why should we believe this one?
So, the answer is too back off global catastrophe predictions and focus on doing adaptation when and if necessary. In the meantime, the Earth will continue to green because of the CO2 in the atmosphere.
My first reaction to the title question was NO. A new poll of the major issues that American citizens are concerned about, found global warming as the next to last of the list’s 12 issues. A previous poll shows almost no interest in any program to “fix” global warming that would cost the individual more than $5 per month. Considering the trillions of dollars that are estimated to do the “fix”, that hardly seems enough to get any program even started.
“At a virtual meeting earlier in June (2020) hosted by the World Economic Forum, some of the planet’s most powerful business leaders, government officials and activists announced a proposal to “reset” the global economy. Instead of traditional capitalism, the high-profile group said the world should adopt more socialistic policies, such as wealth taxes, additional regulations, and massive Green New Deal-like government programs.
“Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed,” wrote Klaus Schwab, the founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, in an article published on WEF’s website. “In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.”
“Schwab also said that “all aspects of our societies and economies” must be “revamped,” “from education to social contracts and working conditions.”
Joining Schwab at the WEF event was Prince Charles, one of the primary proponents of the Great Reset; Gina Gopinath, the chief economist at theInternational Monetary Fund; António Guterres, the secretary-general of the United Nations; and CEOs and presidents of major international corporations, such as Microsoft and BP.
Activists from groups such as Greenpeace International and a variety of academics also attended the event or have expressed their support for the Great Reset.

George Soros is an agenda setter and an advisor for the Great Reset
As an example of who are the leaders of the Great Reset, I offer George Soros.
He is quoted as saying in an interview by the NEWSWEEK magazine:
“NEWSWEEK: You say that the main obstacle to a stable and just world is the United States. That’s a pretty strong statement.
George Soros: Yes, but it happens to coincide with the prevailing opinion in the world. And I think that’s rather shocking for Americans to hear. The United States sets the agenda for the world. And the rest of the world has to respond to that agenda. By declaring a “war on terror” after September the 11th, we set the wrong agenda for the world.”
The Great Reset is neocommunism—an analysis
At the end of WWII, the people of Hungary were forced to live under USSR communism. Following the collapse of the USSR, Hungary became a democratic parliamentary republic in October 1989. The time under communism has embedded in the Hungarian’s memories how communism operates. The Visegrad Post, posted an article by the Hungarian daily outlet Magyar Nemzet titled “Davos-era neocommunism”: on March 1 2021. I am selecting some section of the Magyar Nemzet article. “Therefore, the solution they see is that companies and governments “effectively communicate with each other”. I believe this means nothing more than that the global market leaders will gradually take over these “difficult tasks” from national governments”.
“If we dig just a little deeper, I’m immediately struck by the fact that these big shots want to replace democracy with complex governance, prioritize technocracy over elections and MPs, and emphasize “expertise” that the general public doesn’t understand instead of transparency”
“Schwab wrote, already in 2016, in his opus, Shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution, that the techniques used by new tech giants allow governments to penetrate the private sphere of our minds, read our thoughts, and influence our behavior – and thus becoming part of our physical world as well. Schwab predicts that today’s external devices like laptops and virtual reality headsets, will eventually “most likely be able to be implanted in our bodies and minds”. And Schwab concludes, “By the time the Fourth Industrial Revolution is leading, it is the unification of our physical, digital, and biological identities.
As the article says it will be a corporation/government running thing, I don’t expect you would have much say on how you live if the Great Reset is adopted globally.
Covid 19 is minor and it is not even remotely an equal to WWI or WWII
The Great Reset is trying to put COVID 19 as an equal with WWI in order to make it seem urgent. Gross exaggeration that it is. WWII resulted in 60 to 85 million deaths when world population was about2.5 billion. COVID deaths might be several million with a world population of 7.8billion. Even the highly exaggerated forecast of deaths due to future global warming do not even come close to WW II.
After WWII, the nations using the current form of capitalism made an enormous recovery. Why would you think that it needs to be changed?
Other attempts at global governance have been failures.
The League of Nations was going to make World War I the last war. It failed in 19 years. It ended when the NAZI invaded Poland. There was really nothing distinguished that League of Nations did in the intervening years.
The United Nations was founded right after WWII was over. It was planned to be able to prevent future wars, and other catastrophes. Wiki says that 64 wars having 25,000 or more deaths have happened since WWII. Politically caused famines occur regularly, too. No success at all.
Is there co-operation in the UN.? Well, yes occasionally. Think of how many nations share a common objective, swearing to destroy Israel. Iran, daily chants “Death to America,” and I am certain that there are followers.
When socialist are challenged that no socialist nation has ever improved their citizens lot, and most of those nations failed to survive, they just say that is because the right people had not run any of those nations. Their presumption is that only they are so brilliant and compassionate that it will not happen on their watch. Someone said that insanity is continuing to try something that always fails over and over again and expecting a change.
It is feeble to try to say that the COVID 19 is epic when you compare it to WWI and WW II.
Two thirds of Americans rate the UN as a poor performer.
So, what are the American’s view about the UN’s job approval? Gallup may have newer polls, but I have not found any. The peoples view of the UN has probably little changed. UN approval has only been above 50% several times in the 60 years — 1957 until 2017.
We do not want a neo-UN to govern us. Remember, some of the most dangerous words are, “I’m from the government and I am here to help you.”
Look at what the promised land of the Great Reset is like.
I am not sure how the leaders are going to get people to believe what this woman , a Member of the Denmark Parliament, has to say:
She writes an essay placing herself in the year 2030. The essay describes how life will be thanks to the Great Reset. She says: “We have access to transportation, accommodation, food and all the things we need in our daily lives. One by one all these things became free, so it ended up not making sense for us to own much”. She says robots and AI have taken over most of the work.
Have you read the H G Wells novel “The Time Machine”? An inventor makes a time machine and travels into the future. He encounters the Eloi, a society of small, elegant, childlike adults. They live in small communities within large and futuristic yet slowly deteriorating buildings,. . Their food is provided. His efforts to communicate with them are hampered by their lack of curiosity or discipline, Maybe in 2030 we will be on our way to becoming Elois.
If you have read the book or seen one of the several movies based upon the book, you know about the Morlocks and their interaction with the Eloi. Beware of a new breed of Morlocks—they may be wearing suits.

Again, I quote Dr. Roy Spencer’s statement that there really is not a crisis that needs the great reset:
“Seldom is the public ever informed of these glaring discrepancies between basic science and what politicians and pop-scientists tell us. Why does it matter? It matters because there is no Climate Crisis. There is no Climate Emergency. Yes, irregular warming is occurring. Yes, it is at least partly due to human greenhouse gas emissions. But seldom are the benefits of a somewhat warmer climate system mentioned, or the benefits of more CO2 in the atmosphere (which is required for life on Earth to exist). But if we waste trillions of dollars (that’s just here in the U.S. — meanwhile, China will always do what is in the best interests of China) then that is trillions of dollars not available for the real necessities of life. Prosperity will suffer, and for no good reason.“
My first blog, “Can Global Warming be used to Bring Down Capitalism”, remarked about organizations that are trying to destroy capitalism and make the nations subservient to the UN using global warming as their vehicle. This is not some half-baked conspiracy theory.

I like it because it zeroes in on the people (including George Soros) behind the Great Reset.
The idea of linking global warming and the destruction of capitalism, is not new. Many years ago, it was used by powerful people for that purpose. The following are some quotes by these people:

But when I see what “our betters” are scheming, I am worried. Back in the 60tys, elites got together looking for a way to bring capitalism down and they choose the idea of using the global warming issues as their vehicle to give their program wheels. Even today, the authors of the green new deal have said that the objective is to bring down capitalism, not fix the environment.
They promote fear. The Media, their ally, are willing to assist these alarmists. Youngsters have been led to believe that they will be dead in 10 or so years because of global warming. The education system, both elementary and college, plays a role expanding this fear.
The progressive wing of the Democrat party is promoting the Green New Deal. And unfortunately, the leadership of the Democrats are supporters of this scheme.
Even this dismaying Marxism trend of many in the Democrat Party, ultimately, they probably would not find “fixing” the climate appealing. Those people are thinking the government will be giving them lots of free stuff, but not thinking that the government would be using the free stuff money to try to “fix” global warming.
